Pay Using CIT Bank's Website
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Mossy Oaks Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using CIT Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: MSY (Mossy Oaks)
Property ID: Your lot number
Architectural Requests
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
Please fill out the below Architectural Request Form. Once you complete the Architectural Request Form you will need to submit it to Magnolia Management Services via mail, email or fax.
